Prior to using The Growth Nest, we had no post stay follow up with our guests. This was our main area of growth required. Last year we had over 2500 checkouts and didn’t follow up on any of these. Our main plan was to extract our guests details to send an automated post stay email, asking for direct feedback, option to review and sign up to our MySuites Membership.
